Grimsby - Fish Processing

The company operates an accredited fish processing factory and coldstore at its North East Lincolnshire facility. This includes bandsawing, grading and packing of line caught cod and haddock, plaice, salmon, and many other types of fish. We offer a bespoke service of strictly graded raw material for producers of breaded and battered fish, as well as portions, dice and fillets for prepared meals.

The sales office is staffed by experienced and knowledgeable personnel and is able to offer technical and relevant advice on sustainability, seasonality and the best products for your specific applications.

The production facility is BRC accredited, and has in place a Food Quality Management system, including HACCP and a robust traceability system. As well as producing for our own usage under our Ice Maid brand, we can offer co-production facilities and are approved by major producers to the retail and wholesale markets. The site is MSC approved for both the import and further production of accredited, sustainable species. The on-site cold store has space for 3,000 pallets. A full temperature recording system is in place in accordance with EC Food Safety (Fishery Products) Directive: 1992.
