It’s finally arrived! If you’re unsure as to what The Public Sector Catering Expo is, it’s a brand-new two-day event which unites chefs and caterers from across all regions of the public sector. Wayne will also be on Stand 59 where he will be cooking alongside our partner, Major International. Head on over for some delicious winter warmers!
On the menu is Mushroom Bourgignon, Chicken, Ham & Pea Pie and also Steak & Mushroom Casserole. These are perfect for these cold wintry days!
