NH Case attended the FRY IT exhibition which took plaice at the Bournemouth International Center (BIC) on Sunday, 1st March 2015.
NHCase are the IQF fish supplier for Friars Pride . We went down to support the new depot in Poole and to present and promote the fish to the south coast .
There were many exhibitors for Friars Pride , suppliers from oils , batter mixes to burgers , fried chicken , and fish. Anything to do with fish and chip shop supplies could have been found there.
Customers flocked to the stand to find out more about our skinless and boneless Icelandic MSC cod fillet which we can supply from sizes 5-6 oz up to 10-12oz. The most popular size for this low glaze, natural looking fillet is 7-8oz.
Many customers enjoyed our development chef, Wayne Harris’ delicious and light lemon and chive batter.
