Dylan Lloyd-Jones from NH Case held a “Taste the Textures” staff training day recently at Queens Hospital Burton on Trent.
The hospital catering staff learned more about thick puree (C) and pre-mashed (D) textures, as well as how to prepare and serve them. They even got a chance taste them as well!
Dylan said “It was good to get the opportunity to directly train the staff there who interact with the patients”.
