20/5/2011
The study 'Frozen Food - Nutritional Acceptability for Hospital Food Provision', was conducted by the Centre for Food Innovation at Sheffield Hallam University. Commenting on the findings, Charlotte Harden, Researcher at the university said, 'Our research shows that frozen food is an effective way to provide adequately nutritious meals for those in hospital care.
