When buying Hoki always ensure that it is MSC certified.  This will mean that the fish has been caught in accordance with a set of requirements for sustainable fishing.  Minimising human impact on the ecosystem and preventing overfishing is critical and these issues are getting even worse with the change in climate and rising human population.  All Hoki bought from NH Case is MSC certified.
