Looking after staff is as important to our customers as looking after their patients. Nurturing staff leads to a heathier, happier workforce and a better output. We are working with catering managers around the country to provide nutritious and delicious meals to improve their staff offering.
Previously, staff were finding their only late-night options to be fast food and having to leave the building to find anything different. Staff want healthy but also delicious and interesting meals and with so much knowledge surrounding nutrition it is only right that good and healthy food should be available for staff too.
We supply multi-portion ready-meals served from canteens or single portion options from vending machines or self-serve. Within these we have strived to create a range that covers all tastes and cuisines. From traditional British dishes like Leek & Lentil Hotpot, Chicken & Mushroom Pie or Braised Sausage and Onion, to Oriental dishes such as Sweet & Sour Chicken, Asian curries including Chicken Tikka Masala and Paneer Biryani and African such as Roasted Aubergine in Creole Sauce. As well as the NH Case brand we work with Coco Labelle on a Halal offering of delicious African and Asian inspired meals.

Convenience
Providing great tasting meals in-house is also a convenient and time-saving option. Staff do not have to leave the building to get a good meal but can find a quick in-house solution and instead spend their break recuperating from their shift. It also encourages staff to eat together which creates a more collaborative and friendlier workforce.

We have recently celebrated International Nurse’s Day, held on May 12th, the anniversary of Florence Nightingale’s birthday, and a day to focus on the health and wellbeing of nurses.
