Eggs feature heavily across our ready meal and food service offering. They are a vital energy-giving ingredient and rich in protein which supports muscle health, brain function and overall well-being.
Eggs and the various format that they come in also make a quick and easy meal, and of course a great start to the day. Under the NH Case brand, we produce three different breakfast options which contain either plain or cheese omelettes. We also supply texture modified breakfasts with pureed scrambled egg, suitable for dysphagia patients. We also produce a range of quiches that are filled with this protein rich ingredient.
For food service we stock plain, cheese and muffin omelettes, scrambled eggs and IQF fried eggs. These range from free-range to barn eggs depending on our customers’ requirements. We have a dedicated and reliable supply chain who can assure the highest standards of traceability and supply, and we are able to distribute in manageable quantities to suit our customer’s needs.
