Billingsgate Fish Market and Seafood School, together with Seafish, are to run a series of educational events this month in a bid to raise awareness of Seafood Week and encourage more people to eat more fish.Starting on Friday (6 October) Billingsgate, the UK’s largest inland fish market, will be running market visits, fish cooking and filleting classes, as well as educational outreach events in schools.
