Our Fish at the Farmers Market in Tamworth

Here we are at the Wiltshire Farm Foods Farmers’ Market in Tamworth showing off our fish.

All our fish is sustainably sourced (much of which is also MSC certified) and we were able to talk customers through the process of how the fish is caught and produced.

With whole fish, fillets, portions and breaded cod on display, we illustrated the process from water to plate.
