The Hospital Caterers Association (HCA) is raising awareness of nutrition and hydration in health and social care every day of the year ahead of Nutrition and Hydration Week, taking place from March 13th to 19th.
The initiative, developed by the HCA, the National Association of Care Catering (NACC) and Patient Safety First will highlight the importance of nutrition and emphasise the risks of malnutrition and encourage good nutritional practice.
