The International Salon Culinaire is being held again as part of HRC 2022 (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Show) at ExCeL London this year. It brings chefs from across the UK together and gives them the chance to pit their skills against each other and will be held 21st to 23rd March.
Our own chef, Wayne Harris is looking forward to being part of the judging panel again this year.
