Nh Case Development Chef Wayne Harris has been chosen to judge at Hotelympia this year for the Salon Culinaire. This is a huge honour for Wayne who had this to say about being given the brilliant opportunity.
“I am looking forward to judging at Hotelympia very much indeed, it is the biggest cooking competition in the country and it is one that I have been proud to compete at on numerous occasions and have one a few awards. It will be an honour to judge alongside chef’s that I have known and looked up to over the years. I am grateful to N H Case for allowing me the opportunity to continue my development on the competition circuit”.
